1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [3 to 5] business days. Shipping cost:$0.4-$0.15/kg.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [1 to 2] business days. Shipping cost: $0.68-$0.23/kg.

 (Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 

3. International Shipping

  • We currently support shipping to all countries worldwide.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Sichuan Land Whale Technology Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow [24 to 48] hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first.
  • If the package is confirmed lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, please contact us at sclandwhale@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the order.
