Refund policy

At Sichuan Land Whale Technology Co., Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

1. Returns

  • Return Window: We have a [30]-day return policy, which means you have [30] days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [10] business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at sclandwhale@gmail.com.

 

3. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sclandwhale@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (e.g., send a replacement).

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Option A (Customer pays): Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Option B (Store pays for defects): We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
